Pricing and Booking

Programs are available on weekdays, hourly, from 10 am to 4 pm. When scheduling your visit, allow an hour per program and 20 to 30 minutes per walk-through of the Butterfly House (if purchasing the combo option). Schedule enough time to visit our 7.5 acres of organically-maintained gardens, Snakes of Texas House, tropical Butterfly House, Natural Playscape playground area and Discovery Art Gallery.

We provide a teacher’s guide that helps you lead your class through our grounds. We also have pre-visit Discovery Packets for extension activities upon request.

There are picnic tables and ample picnic blanket space within our grounds. Our classroom holds 48 students. Larger groups can be split into separate hour-long programs and rotated through our program, Butterfly House and gardens. For inclement weather, our programs still occur indoors and there are indoor spaces used as back up for lunch areas.

Texas Discovery Gardens does not currently have scholarship funding available. If your school is a Big Thought Learning Partners school, please include voucher number and approval code on your Reservation Request Form.
